 Verified This has to be our favourite stay we have had since using airBnbBen & coroline were so welcoming, making us feel like part of their beautiful farm, catering to both my preference of coming & going as I please and my partner's who wanted to be involved as possible with the animals.The cabin was spotless & beautiful. all the space you could want and all the amenities were perfect. Although it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere there are plenty of shops within a 5-10 minutes drive. We came for a getaway and expected to be quite private but we found we wanted to spend more time with the hosts and animals than we could ever have expected.  Verified I had an amazing few days away here. It was so peaceful and local enough to drive to some lovely restaurants, beaches etc.Ben and Caroline responded fast to any of my questions or queries I had.I didn’t get a chance to see the farm animals (my fault for being out most of the day). But one of their cats came to say hello, which was lovely.☺️

 Verified I recently spent my Birthday week at The Old Stables with my partner and we had the most wonderful time. Ben and Caroline are the loveliest hosts you could wish for and were so accomodating. We got to meet all the adorable farm animals and enjoy the beautiful scenery around. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing and the lodge was so cozy and warm. I couldn't have asked for a better and more relaxing way to spend my Birthday!  Verified Loved it and would recommend to anyone. The alpaca trekking is great fun and it was nice to see all the farm animals.Clean, tidy and well-equipped accomodation, plus very easy to get to. We loved wandering around the farm, meeting the friendly animals, and soaking in the beautiful countryside. The private hot tub was such a treat—perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day outdoors.A special thank you to Ben and Caroline, who were so friendly and attentive—nothing was too much trouble, and their warm hospitality made us feel instantly at home.Although we’re just over an hour from home, it felt like we’d stepped into a completely different world.
